Most gym software sold in India was not built for it. What Indian gyms actually ask for, and what Fitplex does
- GST that a CA will accept. GSTR-1 as portal-shaped JSON, GSTR-3B, HSN and SAC summaries, memberships taxed inside the price and retail taxed on top, rate stated per slab on every invoice.
- WhatsApp, not email. Fee reminders, expiry notices, class reminders and broadcasts from your own verified business number, in the language your members read, with a UPI link in the message.
- The biometric machine you already own. eSSL and ZKTeco over ADMS. The device stays, members do not re-enrol, and an expired membership stops opening the door on its own.
- Pricing that does not punish growth. Per gym, not per member. A 200-member gym and a 900-member gym on the same plan pay the same, and a second branch adds no licence fee.

Dues that are never right
Most software tracks what a member owes. Fitplex tracks what a bill owes, so a discounted invoice part-paid in cash and settled later shows the correct figure without anybody reconciling a register.

It looks cheap at eighty members and expensive at four hundred, which is precisely backwards. Fitplex charges by plan and by gym.
Data you cannot get out
Export everything yourself, on any plan including the free one, at any time, at no cost. Your data is yours; we only host it.
What a day looks like on Fitplex
- Morning. Members check in by face in about two seconds. Expired memberships are caught at the door, not at month end.
- Through the day. Payments are recorded against the bill - cash, UPI, card or a payment link - and the GST invoice goes out on WhatsApp automatically.
- Afternoon. Trainers close PT sessions on their phones; members' balances update instantly and commissions are computed from the terms agreed at purchase.
- Evening. Classes run from a timetable members booked on the app, with waitlists released automatically.
- Overnight. Tomorrow's expiries are reminded on WhatsApp with a UPI link. Nobody at the gym did anything.
