Your payment gateway, your WhatsApp number, the biometric machine already bolted to your wall. This is the full list of what is live today — not a roadmap, and nothing here costs extra.
Most gym software comparisons fall apart on one question: will it work with what I already have? You have a Razorpay account, a WhatsApp number your members already message, and an eSSL machine that cost you real money. None of that should have to be thrown away to change software.
Everything below is included in the plan. Where a third party charges you — Razorpay’s transaction fee, Meta’s per-conversation WhatsApp charge — that goes to them directly at their rates. We do not mark it up and we do not take a cut of your members’ payments.

If the system you want to connect has an API, our REST API usually makes it possible — accounting tools, a website form, a lead source, an access-control panel. Tell us what you are trying to join up and we will give you an honest estimate of the work, including when the answer is that it is not worth it.
If you are moving from another gym software, the integration you care about most is probably your own data. Migration is free on every plan, including the free one.
In most cases, yes. Fitplex speaks ADMS, the push protocol that eSSL and ZKTeco devices use to send attendance to a server. If your device has an ADMS or "cloud server" setting in its menu, it can point at Fitplex. Send us the model number before you buy and we will tell you plainly whether it works, including if the answer is no.
No, if yours already speaks ADMS. That is the whole point of supporting the protocol rather than one brand. Gyms move to us from other software every month and keep the machine on the wall.
No. Razorpay, WhatsApp, biometric devices and the REST API are included in the plan. What you pay separately is what those providers charge you directly - Razorpay takes its transaction fee, Meta charges per WhatsApp conversation. We do not add a margin on top of either.
Yours. You connect your own Razorpay account with your own keys, and money settles into your bank account on Razorpay's normal cycle. Fitplex never holds your members' money and never sits in the settlement path.
Yes. Fitplex supports both the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API - your own verified business number, with your own green tick if you have one - and Interakt, if you already use them. Templates have to be approved by Meta before they can send, which is Meta's rule for every business on WhatsApp, not ours. We prepare the templates and submit them for you.
Yes. Fitplex has a token-authenticated REST API at /api/v1 covering members, plans, subscriptions, payments, invoices, attendance and trainers. Keys are per gym with read or read-write scope and a rate limit you set. It is available on plans that include API access.
Sometimes. If the other system has an API, the REST API on our side usually makes it possible. Tell us what you are trying to join up and we will give you an honest answer about the effort rather than a yes.
