Chennai gyms fight the weather more than most. Members who use more than one branch
A chain on OMR will have a member who trains near home on weekends and near office on weekdays. Fitplex bills and reports branch-wise while letting the membership work across them, so neither branch double-counts and the owner sees one revenue figure.
Summer attendance collapse
April and May thin out even paid-up members, and a member who has stopped coming in May cancels in July. The lapsed-attendance list surfaces them while there is still time to call.
PT revenue that nobody can reconcile
Package sold at one rate, plan price changed later, trainer expecting the old commission. Fitplex snapshots the rate and commission when the package is sold, so editing the plan afterwards cannot change what a trainer already earned.
GST across memberships and the counter
Memberships are taxed inside the price; supplements at the counter are taxed on top. Fitplex handles both and prints the rate per slab, then produces GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B in the format the portal accepts.

- 1:00 PM. Fitplex flags 23 members across both branches who have not checked in since mid-April. Retention calls start this afternoon, not in July.
- 6:30 PM. A PT package is sold. Rate and trainer commission are fixed at today's terms and will not move if the plan price changes next month.
- 10:30 PM. Owner opens one dashboard: both branches, collection, dues, PT sessions logged, trainer-wise earnings.
